It is a £35m investment into the workspaces, networks, teaching and research that will drive ideas and innovation across all forms of creative content – a new School of Digital Arts that opens at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2021.

Creative
campus

The creative campus

The School of Digital Arts is part of Manchester Metropolitan University’s creative campus, a fast-developing community that includes Manchester School of Architecture, a museum, art gallery and park and, soon, a £70m Arts & Humanities complex that includes a theatre and Poetry Library. SODA will sit next to Manchester School of Art, and will be designed by the same architects behind the award-winning, £34m art school building.
